Wisconsin Death Penalty: I do not beleive Wisconsin should allow the death penalty for a number of reasons. One, I do not believe it is humane to put a person to sleep as we would put a vicious dog to sleep. Two, I do not believe it is punishment to some, and Three, it disapoints me that our state would want to take the "eye for an eye" approach to criminal casework. To pend someone to die is to SEND SOMEONE TO DIE! Think about someone you know and love being sent to death. You wouldn't want that for them, even if they did a horrible crime. Good can come out of sitting in a jail cell with only your thoughts. Use their experience to help them better the world, instead of wasting another life. Make them see that they still have hope of making an impact on the world, even if they have no life outside of cement walls. A life should be recovered, not destroyed.
